Design the questions
Use short text, long text, email, single choice, multiple choice, rating or NPS questions. Mark important questions as required. Conditional visibility lets a later question depend on an earlier answer.
Choose the identity setting
An anonymous survey does not request a respondent name or email. A named survey asks for those details. Explain the purpose of collecting personal information in the survey description and link your privacy notice.
Publish and share
Draft surveys are private. Publishing enables the public response link; respondents do not need an account. Use the share dialog to copy a link or iframe embed code. Close the survey to stop accepting responses.
Interpret the results
Review answers and counts in Reports. An NPS score describes the submitted responses; it is not a claim that the sample represents your entire audience. Export CSV for further analysis.
