Sign in securely
Use your CAQA Engage email and password. Choose a unique password of at least 12 characters. Use Sign out on shared devices.
Save the recovery code
After registration, save the recovery code outside this browser. The code is shown once. You can generate a replacement in Account while signed in; generating a new code invalidates the old one.
Reset a forgotten password
Open Recover account from the sign-in page. Enter your email, recovery code and new password. A successful recovery consumes the code and signs out existing sessions. Sign in again and generate a new recovery code.
Existing workspace access
If you already have an authenticated workspace session from an earlier version, open Account and set up a native CAQA Engage password. Your existing records stay attached to that verified identity.
