Create your account
Register with your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters. Each account has a separate workspace. Save your recovery code somewhere safe; it is the way to reset your password if you cannot sign in.
Personalise your workspace
Open Workspace → Settings. Add your workspace name, sender name, business address and privacy notice URL. These details are used in survey and campaign content.
Publish your first survey
Open Surveys, choose a template, edit the questions and select Publish. Use Preview before sharing. Copy the public link or embed code from the share dialog.
Review the response
Open Reports to see response totals and individual survey results. Download a CSV when you need to review the evidence outside Engage.
