Choose a trigger
Open Automations and select a survey. A rule applies to new submissions while the rule is enabled. It does not process responses received before it was enabled.
Choose the action
Create a follow-up task with a due date, add a contact tag, or prepare a campaign draft. Tagging requires an identifiable respondent email. Campaign draft actions do not send emails.
Review the queue
New tasks appear in Automations. Mark a task complete after the work is done, or reopen it if more action is needed.
Test before sharing
Publish a short test survey and submit a clearly labelled test response. Confirm the expected task, tag or draft is created before using the rule with your audience.
