A few useful details.
Do survey respondents need an account?
No. Published surveys have a public link. You can collect anonymous responses or ask respondents to identify themselves. Your workspace and results remain private.
What happens after someone completes a survey?
You can review the response and use a follow-up rule to create a task, tag a contact or prepare an email draft. Rules do not send email automatically.
What do the reports show?
Survey reports show responses and summaries. Email delivery reports show each recipient’s submission or delivery status, including failures. A delivered status is not proof that an email was opened. Open and click tracking are not included.
